Atlanta native Mario McDowell is a bright local talent quickly becoming recognized on a national level for his styling abilities. A hairdresser for over 10 years, 3 years working as an educator for Belson Products and 2 years as educator for The Aveda Institute. In 2013 he was featured in both American Salon and Modern Salon magazines. Fascinated with hair, Mario wants every woman to have the healthiest hair possible, he learned how to make that happen both naturally and through the art of hair extensions. He has worked with multiple artists, designers, actors and television personalities including Jurnee Smollet, Kelly Price, Tweet, Keisha Knight Pulliam, Fantasia, Marsha Ambrosia, Keke Palmer, Claire Holt and Kim Zolciak. His work has also been seen on Sunday's Best, Reed Between The Lines, Lets Stay Together, Vampire Diaries ,Dr. Drew and the Real Housewives of Atlanta. He,s fun and energetic and works well with others rightfully so as the eldest of 5 siblings. Outgoing, positive, silly at times, talented and loyal are just a few words to describe him.
